I have been going to City Cave Balmain for years now. The team are excellent, their service is consistently amazing, they are friendly and remember you. They have a number of great services available, easily bookable via their app and are very reasonably priced. My favourite service is their infra red saunas. The saunas at City Cave Balmain are always clean, well stocked with towels and water, and function well. Each room with its own shower, such as bonus! Highly recommend for those who value their recovery!
The whole experience was just exceptionally! I have received a voucher from a friend, for floater and a massage and I could not recommend City Cave enough. The facilities are clean and relaxing, the floater was just amazing - I have never done anything like it. So so relaxing and refreshing. And finished it off with a 45min massage. Just a perfect morning. They also have a deal now for 2 X floater for $109, valid for 2 months, which I have purchased and can't wait to be back. A bonus - street parking is free for 2hrs, which is pretty rare for Balmain.
I had wonderful experience at City Cave Balmain. It is truly an outstanding wellness centre, not only because of the quality of the services provided, but also because of the people who run it. I especially enjoyed the float therapy, which was incredibly calming and helped me fully unwind. I had a lymphatic massage with Susan, and it was a beautiful experience. She is not only skilled, but also incredibly caring. I would also like to give special recognition to Fiona, the owner. She is genuinely caring and attentive, and it is clear that she truly prioritises her customers’ wellbeing. Her dedication to ensuring each client feels comfortable and looked after makes a real difference. Her team is also fantastic and efficient! The overall atmosphere is calm, soothing, and consistently clean and tidy. It is a perfect place to relax, recharge, and take a break from a busy life. Highly recommended.
We had the most beautiful first experience at City Cave 🤍 My husband and I came in for our first time and had sauna and floating session and it honestly exceeded all expectations. The facilities are absolutely stunning, clean, calming and thoughtfully designed, but the real highlight was the floating experience itself. It was incredibly relaxing and unlike anything we’ve tried before. A special thank you to Duncan for taking such great care of us. Your warm welcome and genuine hospitality made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived, and it truly made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We left feeling completely refreshed and can’t wait to come back!
First time at this City Cave (been to others in Sydney); it was up to the same high standard. Clean, tidy, very welcoming. Attention to detail great - hot and cold drinks available and lots of clean cups there. Dirty cups removed promptly from the relaxing area. Can't fault them
