I had an excellent experience at a Restore session led by Kim, who was very knowledgeable and welcoming. I went in not knowing what to expect at all, and left feeling like a weight had been lifted from my chest. The bed was super comfortable, the sounds and vibrations were really soothing, and the lights felt a bit odd at first but once I settled into it, they may have been the best part (they also provide an eye mask in case the lights are too much). The hour flew by. Will definitely return!

Didn't know what to expect, so went in with an open mind. Friendly welcome. My experience was amazing and I left feeling light, had more clarity and felt free. Every experience is different. I went on a spectacular journey with a kaleidoscope of colours, sound and vibration. My wife felt release and calmness throughout her experience. We will definitely do this experience again.

This is a must do - I can’t wait to come back soon! What an incredible session! From the moment you are greeted in the studio this is a magical experience, nothing like i have ever done before. I loved the live music, the waterbed, comfort and space. Relaxation and enlightenment is next level! Even the following day there is a sense of calm and feeling restored! You will not be disappointed

I visited The Frequency Lab today for the “Restore” session using the water and earth elements, and it was such a beautiful, immersive experience. From the moment you walk into the space, you can feel the warmth and instantly know you’re in the right place. Kim was incredibly welcoming and created such a calm, grounding atmosphere. The water beds were absolutely incredible and added so much to the overall experience, deeply relaxing and unlike anything I’ve tried before. Everything about the session felt intentional, restorative, and thoughtfully curated. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for something unique for nervous system reset, relaxation, or simply slowing down for a moment. I have a feeling I’ll be returning very soon.

An incredible activity! A total sensory experience that felt amazing. Very relaxing & recentering. I bought this activity for my whole adult family of 6. We all loved it & each of us had a very different outcome. Quite something!
