Best hotel experience I’ve ever had! It was a last-minute booking, and they still managed to arrange both an early check-in and a late check-out for me. The lady at reception was so welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. The room had everything I could possibly need, and the housekeeping team were amazing, happily bringing up any extra amenities whenever I needed them. A 10/10 experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. 😊
Amazing place to stay perfect size room for solo travel or even couples amazing food and customer service is wonderful. Absolutely amazing hotel to stay at. If your looking for a nice peaceful and quiet place that's close to all the tourist destinations this is the place. Thanks for an amazing experience. absolutely beautiful views outside the window, bed made everyday, only 10 mins away from the city and made us feel at home! we even got completely drinks which was very nice, the bed was very comfortable, bathroom had everything we needed and even a dyson hairdryer which was very nice and convenient. even had a LG tv where you can bluetooth your phone to the tv and watch movies/shows wish i could give this 100 stars because of how nice the hotel was! thank you 🩷
This hotel is really nice and I want to return. Honestly I was looking for accommodation in Sydney and based my search’s on price. Indeed the price was really and I also included breakfast which was good value as well. Rooms are very modern clean and spacious. I had one of the mural rooms . It also had a Nespresso coffee make which I really liked. Hotel is central to darling harbour cockle bay and light rail . As I’ve said I really enjoyed this place and definitely want to return soon
This was my first time to Sydney and I chose this Hotel due to its proximity to the city and surrounding areas that I wanted to see. First impressions were that it's a very nice boutique style property. From reading other reviews I knew the room I chose was small (14sq m ) however as a solo traveller with a carry on bag it was perfect for my needs. It had everything you could want. Luxury amenities such as Dyson hairdryer, compact clothes steamer, nespresso coffee machine, a flashlight (?) don't know why that's in my room but an interesting touch. It also had an electronic A/C control panel which even a 5 year old could use. Simple and effective. Also had buttons for DnD and housekeeping so from outside the room there's a red led for HSK to not disturb you. Door also had a button for a doorbell, very cool indeed. Internal touches such as multiple lights above bed, hallway and mirror as well as illuminated bathroom and toilet, like I mentioned it was small but it works. As someone in the hotel industry I'd happily say this was better than 4 star. Every floor had a Moda water station which was just outstanding. Best feature I've seen in a long time and other properties should do similar. Staff were engaging and pleasant along with all relevant information regarding check out, breakfast explained on arrival. Couldn't have been more impressed with the property, I'll attach a few photos for other travellers and readers to look at. Would recommend this hotel to other people and personally would come again without hesitation. A+
