Really enjoy coming to Courthouse Hotel with our puppies. The food is consistently great, the lunch specials are excellent, and the steaks are always spot on. The staff are all lovely and clearly work very hard. The manager especially deserves credit. She always seems to be doing a million things at once, yet is still so friendly, polite and helpful. That kind of service makes a big difference.

I came for a weekend lunch and was surprised not only that the pub had lunch specials on a weekend but also at the range of meals to choose from! At the time of writing, the pub has a number of $15 meals for both lunch and dinner, every day of the week. I ordered the steak. It came with chips, garden salad and choice of sauce. The meal was delicious with all elements well cooked and put together. The steak had a nice charred taste and the chips, being skin on fries, were cooked perfectly. It was a very generously sized meal and extremely well priced. Service was great too. It was very warm, welcoming, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend dining here and look forward to coming back.

Great place for a single person to stay for a single night. Staff were friendly. I booked a 2 night stay with my girlfriend via Wotif for our anniversary. Nowhere on the listing does it mention there are no private bathrooms or showers, and no lift access (instead you need to climb up 6 floors to get to your room). I would not have booked this place had I had previously known, as I have mobility issues. Photos are strategically taken on the app to make it look as though the bathrooms are inside the rooms, not down the hallway. I’m truly disappointed I booked this for my girlfriend and I’s anniversary for 2 nights and we only stayed for 1. Did not get the $322 worth that I paid for.
