Would stay here again in a heartbeat! I booked a night's stay for a work trip and was a little unsure what to expect - but the room was spacious and absolutely spotless, with a lovely view, and very quiet. Excellent value for money and great location, with nice places to eat & a train station very nearby. Highly recommend and will be back.

The view in these photos is from my room. This place is very close to me in North Sydney, and I always choose to stay here it’s peaceful, spotless, and really calming. The rates are consistent and often better than any booking website, so it’s best to book directly through their site.

What a find in North Sydney! Resonably priced, comfortable accommodation with excellent service and a great location - very comfy beds and so quiet - we slept so well! Great base for getting around - it’s a cruisy 20min stroll down to the harbour side to check out the Harbour Bridge and Luna Park. Multiple public transport options within a few meters’ walk - a few stops will get you to the Rocks, Opera House and Darling Harbour. Plenty of restaurants/cafes nearby to grab a bite or a drink. Greenwood shopping plaza is just around the corner with retail shops, grocers and restaurants. The humble buffet breakfast included in our accommodation was lovely, but if you’re a coffee snob, save yourself for a local coffee shop! If you’re travelling to Sydney to visit the US consulate, it’s 5 minutes walk around the corner - highly recommend!!

Mary Mackillop Place is an ideal location to stay when in Sydney. Located in the heart of commercial North Sydney, it is perfect to be the base for visiting any place in Sydney and surrounds. It is situated a four minute walk from North Sydney train station and within easy downhill walking distance of Milsons Point Wharf. The Greenwood Mall has a variety of eateries and a super market. (Be aware that the mall is closed on Sundays!) Situated within the busy North Sydney area, it is an oasis of calm and peace. The grounds and buildings are immaculate. Sitting in the serene gardens is idyllic. The history of Mary Mackillop and the sisters is respectfully outlined in the information boards throughout the complex. The accomodation in Anderledy Lodge is modern, spotless and comfortable with all amenities provided that one would expect. The daily breakfast provisions in the dining room were outstanding. Plenty of choice to cater for all tastes. Highly recommended.
