An absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish! The hotel was spotless, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel genuinely looked after throughout our stay. The room was spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed, with a very comfortable bed and excellent amenities. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An excellent stay from start to finish. The team went above and beyond by accommodating an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. Every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The location is outstanding—within easy walking distance of Sydney’s major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The rooms are modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained, with everything you’d expect for a comfortable stay. Great value for money considering the quality of the hotel, service, and location. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Sydney. Highly recommended!
King Waratah premium room 801: Clean, Comfy, Quiet. Room at the end of the hallway with a slight view over the water. Slight because it's sydney and you're surrounded by buildings. A certain beauty in it. Hotel gym has free weights up to 22kg, couple of cardio machines and an out of order total gym machine. I was the only one in there so had plenty of space to do what i wanted to do, but don't expect many different machines. Size of room was great, shower hot and good pressure. Bed big and comfy. Tv had a burned in line from the hotel preview, but able to pick up netflix. Mini bar was complimentary and refilled daily. Staff incredibly friendly and requests like a later turn over or refill of coffee was instantly taken care of. Will be back.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, tidy, and very comfortable, which allowed us to enjoy a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to start the day. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. On top of that, the price offered excellent value for money. Overall, we were very impressed with our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others. We look forward to staying here again in the future.
We stayed here over the King's Birthday long weekend and took advantage of the excellent location and proximity to VIVID Sydney. Our stay was very pleasant. The rooms were spacious for our stay - good water views from the 8th floor in our room. The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous (we dealt with Shelly and she was fabulous). Parking across the road is a Wilson carpark and the hotel could validate 24 hours parking for $60. You just need to ensure you turn RIGHT when you pull into the carpark, and not drive straight and down as they do not have a partnership with that carpark and you might be paying more.
