Excellent venue to celebrate my disco themed 50th in the Lava Lounge. Managers Erin and Dani were great to deal with in the planning phase and on the night, and all the staff friendly and professional. The food was high quality and plentiful. And they have a DJ space that made it easy for me to hire one in. Overall it was a really fun night, and all my guests were saying how awesome the night was. Would definitely recommend for your next event
Thanks to the Burdekin for a terrific night last Saturday when I was DJ for both my daughter and her friends assorted 30 year plus birthdays. The venue was great and the staff extremely helpful. It was a Dracula themed night, so I up light the room in red. Food was very good and the Roof Top bar is a fabulous setting for a few drinks and nibblies. Thank you so much for all your help in getting us into the Lava Lounge for our Nickelodeon 30 Year Reunion!!! The Lava Lounge holds so many great memories for so many of us. :) The event was EPIC and the venue was exactly where we needed to be. The air-conditioning, on such a hot and humid day, did struggle a bit, especially with so many chattering bodies in the room. Your staff were excellent and it all went beyond expectations. Burdekin was great. The men in the dresses were very good at all they did. However, my main contemplation is how I can live in this isolated shag pad across the road. How do we get there there?
