Huge Shoutout to our waitress Rebecca! It was my first time trying cocktails she was super kind and guided me based on my flavor palate. Her recommendations were fantastic and truly made me a fan. In general the place is quite chill and vibey with drinks that can come with a show and prompt service. Would love to go there again!
Top notch bar, top notch team. Max handled our very last-minute requests with patience and grace — only for us to later find out the crew was down a person all night. Yet every staff member still brought professionalism, humour, and genuinely great energy. The food and drinks continue to be highly memorable. From prawn sando to cured wagyu, melt in your mouth eggplant to parfait with a kick - every dish and cocktail hit. Not to mention $2 oysters! Four visits in and the quality never slips, and yet, the crew’s hospitality still managed to steal the show.
Cant wait to be back. Just enough lighting, just enough sound level, amazing staff in service and jolly vibes. They also checked in with us just enough times and not over the top and also kept us in the loop when the bar orders were getting a bit delayed. We made our way here for final drinks for the night it turned out to be a perfect place for it. Expect classy, intimate space and masterly expressions of balanced cocktails. Soft music and smartly dressed staff added to a stylish flair to the establishment. Find yourself a booth seat or a table by the wall, the subdued lighting adding to the private atmosphere. Recommended: order an EDV Blazer/Old Fashioned) for a theatrical drama at the table or the Hellcat, should a Boulevardier take your fancy. 🤌
I decided to go for a drink at Eau De Vie, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. From the moment I walked in, the reception set the tone—warm, welcoming, and effortless. The venue itself strikes that perfect balance: intimate, nice and cosy, with a refined atmosphere that immediately makes you want to settle in and stay a while. A special mention to Daniel, one of the crew members—an absolute champion. His knowledge of the drinks menu was impressive, and everything he recommended was spot on. He knew exactly what pairs well together and delivered suggestions off the cuff with confidence and ease. What stood out most was the overall experience. There was no sense of rush at any point. The team would casually swing by, checking in just enough to make you feel looked after, without ever being intrusive. I find this is A place that understands hospitality at its core.
