Ormeggio had been on my list for a long time, and it certainly didn’t disappoint. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and perfectly paced. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavour, showcasing high-quality ingredients and great attention to detail. The two-hour dining experience flew by, which is always a sign of a fantastic restaurant. If you’re looking for an exceptional meal in a stunning waterfront setting, Ormeggio is absolutely worth the visit. I’ll definitely be back!
A fantastic experience at an Italian place that focuses on fish dishes. Had the full course degustation menu and it was amazing. All the dishes were fresh and tasty. There was no fishy taste in any of them at all. The view was amazing and the service was ultra fast. The interior design was cozy. Some of the dishes were very rich so you will feel very full by the end of it.
The location and atmosphere are great. Authentic Italian cuisine. Enjoyed every single dish. Really appreciate the staff’s professional and friendly service. It is a beautiful dining experience here. Will definitely visit again!
We opted for the chef's menu and it was exceptional. The ingredients, flavours and appearance all 10/10. The somellier assisted us with wine choice. The staff gave us a warm welcome and were helpful and friendly thought our experience. Thank you to the whole team a lovely, memorable dining experience.
Absolutely blown away by the new menu at Ormeggio at The Spit. Every dish felt thoughtful and elevated, but a few stood out in a big way. We started with the kingfish crudo snack, which was an absolute flavour bomb—fresh, vibrant, and the perfect way to kick things off. The quail was exceptional—perfectly cooked, beautifully balanced, and packed with flavour. Then came the beef Rossini, which was next level: tender, rich beef topped with decadent grilled foie gras and finished with truffle… indulgent in the best possible way. To finish, the classic rum baba was simply incredible—light, fragrant, and the perfect sweet ending to an unforgettable meal. This menu is something special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a truly memorable dining experience.
