This is a must-visit dining spot in Parramatta. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. Every dish that hit the table was beautifully presented and delicious. I started with the kingfish sashimi, fresh, delicate, and plated like art. For mains, I loved the striploin, cooked perfectly, tender, and juicy. And the roast chicken was so flavourful and beautifully done. I wrapped it up with their theatric swan pavlova and crepe, the perfect way to end my meal.

As soon as my fiancé and I arrived at Willo we were welcomed warmly and every aspect our of dining experience was cared for . Our cups were never empty, our table never dirty and in between meals they made sure and checked in with us with timing of each dish to give us a break. We ordered the chef’s menu and added their two special which was plenty of food for the price. It was my Fiancé’s birthday and they also added a complimentary dessert with candle. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely be bringing our family. Food was delicious house cocktails were sad we did not get a chance to try the bird’s nest as it was no longer on the menu. We will 100% be returning! We would also like to mention Justin’s passionate service to our table (party of 2) with greatest care and genuine smile at every interaction. My fiancé had work calls and ignored him unintentionally but Justin was very patient. He made our night very delightful.

i first went to @willo many years ago and remembered enjoying my experience, so wanted to come back and try it again to see if it would wow me, and it did! starting off with House-Baked Miche Sourdough and Truffle Butter, you can't go wrong with this combo. i also really loved the Zucchini Flower, Stuffed Ricotta and Truffle Honey. we dipped the bread into the Stracciatella with Burnt Honey, Heirloom Tomatoes and Aleppo Pepper which was really well balanced. Hand-dived Hokkaido Scallop, Jerusalem Artichoke Puree, Chilli Oil very fresh and cooked perfectly, alongside the refreshing Cured King Fish Ceviche with White Soy Dressing, Pistachio and Lime Caviar. the MB4+ Wagyu Skewers with Sesame BBQ Glaze and Crisp Rice Puff were so rich and tasty, i loved the addition of the crispy rice which added crunch and interest to the dish, it also helped soak up some of the heaviness of the wagyu. for mains, we opted for the 350g Scotch Fillet from Ranger Valley NSW served with a side of Crispy Baked Potatoes, Eschalot, Sour Cream, Chives and Green Leaf Salad with Herb Butter Milk Dressing and Potato Crumb. steak was cooked really well and seasoned perfectly too, but the winner for me was def the crispy baked potatoes! they were so crunchy yet so soft on the inside, just absolute perfection. dessert was the iconic Swan Pavlova with Passionfruit Sorbet and Mixed Berries, this was a sweet treat and a show all in one. the pavlova is beautifully constructed and the berries underneath provided a welcome zest and refreshment. such a gorgeous, theatrical dessert! price: $128pp

Had a really nice experience here. The atmosphere was welcoming and well-designed, creating a comfortable yet polished dining environment. The food was enjoyable and well-prepared, the service was friendly and attentive, and I especially enjoyed their cocktails. The sticky lips cocktail is one drink I would come back for inspired by the dessert Thai Mango Sticky rice. Overall, a very pleasant place to dine. Willo delivers a premium dining experience without the pretension. The kingfish ceviche is a must-try, easily one of the best in the city. Every detail is considered, from the perfectly seasoned country sourdough to the decadent truffle honey zucchini flowers. The mains were equally impressive. The duck offered a unique twist on Shandong-style flavors with a bold vinegar and chili profile, while the steak was cooked to a perfect medium-rare. Make sure to order the crispy potatoes on the side (they are exceptional). This is easily some of the best food currently being served in Parramatta.
