Mel was incredibly helpful when my GP couldn’t diagnose cycles of fatigue and feeling unwell that I had experienced for years. Because of her familiarity with oxalate toxicity, she quickly identified the issue and recommended simple eating protocols that resolved my symptoms within three days. I’m deeply grateful and very happy to recommend Mel.

I feel truly fortunate to have been treated by Joanne during a very difficult time in my health journey. From the very first appointment, her warmth, friendliness, genuine care and abundance of knowledge made me feel supported and understood. Her depth of knowledge and attention to detail allowed her to accurately identify, diagnose and treat the root of my health issues. What stood out the most was her holistic and thoughtful approach, especially the eating plan she put me on. This plan not only supported my recovery but helped me rebuild strength and energy I honestly hadn’t felt in years. It was an absolute pleasure and privilege to work with Joanne. I’m deeply grateful for her care and cannot thank her highly enough.

I’ve been working with Mel for the past two months after more than 5–7 years of complex histamine issues and an exhausting (and very expensive) health journey. I’ve seen multiple GPs, cardiologists, gastroenterologist, immunologist, naturopaths, had ED visits, had more tests than you can count all to be told everything's normal. I've struggled with insomnia, migraines, mood symptoms, food intolerances, eczema, breathing issues, dizziness, brain fog, and a long list of unexplained reactions. At one point, it was easier to list what didn’t trigger me. My food intolerances became so severe that I was tolerating barely ten foods and my environment and social life had to get so isolated to get through most days. In my very first consult with Joanne, she identified possible mould and oxalate issues, something no one had ever mentioned to me, and immediately referred me to her colleague Mel. That referral changed everything. We ran the tests, and Jo’s suspicions were exactly right. Mould and oxalates issues. Under Mel’s guidance over the past two months, my incredibly sensitive body has become noticeably less reactive to my environment. My nervous system feels calmer, my histamine has stabilised, and for the first time in years I’ve had stretches of genuinely good days where I feel like myself again. We’re now working on gentle detoxification and introducing foods, finding my sulphur tolerance, and the confidence I feel in this path is exceptional. It finally feels like I've found the answer I'm so glad I didn't stop looking for. Mel is incredibly knowledgeable, understanding, flexible, and reassuring. During symptom flares, she’s a grounding presence, offering both practical support and gentle reminders that healing isn’t always linear, which keeps me out of the anxiety spiral. She trusts I know my body and with her help I’ve learned to distinguish between oxalate, histamine and mould reactions. For the first time, I feel empowered instead of dismissed. I’m deeply grateful to both Jo and Mel for taking me on as a client. I know I likely have many months ahead on this healing journey, but for the first time in years, I genuinely believe I’m on an upward trajectory. I can’t recommend Mel enough.

I have been working with Joanne for a few months now, and the changes I’ve experienced have been truly life-changing. When I first started, I could barely get out of bed most days due to extreme fatigue from mold toxicity. My levels were very high and affecting nearly every system in my body. With her guidance, I’ve been able to address the root causes, support my genetic pathways, and regain my energy — I’m now back to working full-time and feeling better than I have in months. She is incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and compassionate. I’ve never once felt dismissed or unheard. She takes the time to truly listen, explain complex things in an understandable way, and offer thoughtful, effective solutions. I am so grateful for her care and expertise — she has been a major part of my healing journey.
