Had a wonderful massage with Selene at the weekend, I had not had a massage in 6 months due to health issues and Selene’s understanding of how to target the tension areas and treat them was excellent. She is very skilled at her job and made it a relaxable and enjoyable experience. I felt great afterwards and have already booked to see Selene again next week.

I had an incredible experience with Selene at The Reset Space in Manly. I’m five months post-shoulder surgery and was looking for both relaxation and someone who understood my recovery. Selene struck the perfect balance, she was so knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive to my healing shoulder, while also easing all the tension in my neck and traps. I didn’t even have to point out my trouble spots she just knew. If you need someone who truly understands recovery and delivers a fantastic massage, I highly recommend her!
The Reset Space is genuinely the most amazing place!!!! The massage therapists are so good at what they do, kind and really have experience, which is why I always feel like I’m in such safe hands with them. Both Silvia and Georgie have worked wonders on my lower back pain, even after one session I feel an incredible difference. I don’t get this anywhere else other than the reset space which is why I just keep on coming back!!!! xx
