Description
Head out from bustling Sydney on a full-day excursion to the Blue Mountains. Visit the quaint mountain village of Leura, and enjoy a local specialty as a guest of Maurice Cooper at Bygone Beautys. A traditional English or Devonshire tea awaits you along with scones, jam, and cream (not included in the tour price). Visit Katoomba, the resort capital of the Blue Mountains, and discover the 3 Sisters rock formation towering over Jamison Valley. Afterwards, ride the world's steepest scenic railway to the top and enjoy a sumptuous lunch. Explore a lush bushland environment that’s home to over 1,700 Australian native birds and mammals. In the walk-through Koala Sanctuary you’ll find plenty of photo opportunities with these furry favorites. Take a selfie with a kangaroo in one of the walk-in enclosures and feed the kangaroos, wallabies and pademelons by hand. You’ll also have the opportunity to interact with other Aussie creatures such as wombats, Tasmanian devils, echidnas, emus, penguins, crocodile and dingoes. Return to Sydney via the Rivercat on the Parramatta River to Sydney Harbour and Circular Quay. You’ll make your own way back to your hotel after the cruise.Includes
